I CAN’T RATE MELISSA HIGHLY ENOUGH.
After a disaster of a hair cut at another salon 12 months ago I was scared to go anywhere near a hairdresser and resorted to trying to cut my own hair. Not recommended! I came across Melissa almost by accident but I think divine intervention led me to her. She is the best. From the cheery and welcoming first hello she made me very relaxed and listened to what I liked/what I didn’t like , offered her advice - and I got the best cut – ever. When I woke the following morning my hair just fell into place without brushing. A whopping 10 out of 10 from me!

Initially my hair did not come out quite how I expected and I wasn’t happy with it. When I expressed my concern to Roberto, he did his absolute best to fix the problem and now I’m in love with my hair. I'm new to the world of hair coloring and do not always know how to express what end result I am trying to accomplish. He was incredibly kind and professional, asked lots of questions and confirmed what I wanted to do to fix it. He had the patience to go step by step and help me understand the process.
