I CAN’T RATE MELISSA HIGHLY ENOUGH.
After a disaster of a hair cut at another salon 12 months ago I was scared to go anywhere near a hairdresser and resorted to trying to cut my own hair. Not recommended! I came across Melissa almost by accident but I think divine intervention led me to her. She is the best. From the cheery and welcoming first hello she made me very relaxed and listened to what I liked/what I didn’t like , offered her advice - and I got the best cut – ever. When I woke the following morning my hair just fell into place without brushing. A whopping 10 out of 10 from me!

Even driving all the way from Little Rock Arkansas to Illinois, yes she's that good folks! My cut and color is always perfect, I've been mostly grey since my 18th birthday, luck of the Irish. Melissa blends my natural color with highlights and the look is amazing. Now that we moved to Florida, yes Melissa being here did help us decide. I travel a little over 3 hours to see her on way, beats 16! Well worth it every time. You can't go wrong with my dear friend, she is the real deal and I don't care how far away she is, I'm going!

Initially my hair did not come out quite how I expected and I wasn’t happy with it. When I expressed my concern to Roberto, he did his absolute best to fix the problem and now I’m in love with my hair. I'm new to the world of hair coloring and do not always know how to express what end result I am trying to accomplish. He was incredibly kind and professional, asked lots of questions and confirmed what I wanted to do to fix it. He had the patience to go step by step and help me understand the process. Incredible service and a wonderful person. I would absolutely recommend him and he has a repeat customer right here. As they say at Boss Bay Beauty "I'll see you in the chair!"
